Diagnostic is FREE. Quote valid 7 days. If you decline repair after diagnostic, no charge applies. Mid-repair surprises — we pause and contact you for re-approval.
6-month warranty on labour and replacement parts. Same issue returns — we fix it free. Warranty void if device opened or serviced elsewhere.
You are responsible for backing up data before any repair. While we take all reasonable care, we are not liable for data loss during repair.
Payment due upon completion. Cash, UPI, cards, bank transfer accepted. Devices released only after full payment.
FREE home pickup and delivery within Indore city limits. Outside Indore — insured courier, shipping costs as quoted.
Devices not collected within 60 days of repair completion (despite multiple notifications) may be sold to recover costs after a 14-day final notice.
Subject to Indore, Madhya Pradesh jurisdiction. Contact us first — we resolve almost everything amicably.
