Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty

Every laptop repair carried out by Indore Tech Guru comes with a 6-month warranty covering both replaced parts AND labour.

What's Covered

The specific repair we performed. If the same issue returns within 6 months, we fix it FREE — no charge for parts or labour.

What's NOT Covered

Issues unrelated to our repair. New physical damage. New liquid damage. Damage from unauthorized service attempts.

Warranty Void Conditions

Device opened by anyone other than our technicians. Device serviced at another repair shop after our work. Tampering with warranty seal or markings.

Battery Warranty

Replaced batteries carry 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects (capacity drop more than 30%, swelling, charging failure).

Screen Warranty

Replaced screens warranted against dead pixels (more than 5), backlight failure, and panel defects. Physical damage to new screen NOT covered.

Claiming Warranty

Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 90098 48418 with your repair receipt or service ID. We arrange FREE pickup, inspect, and repair under warranty.

Exclusions

Software issues, viruses, OS corruption, accidental damage, and damage from power surges are NOT covered under repair warranty.
